Wahaka Mezcal... on location with Dave Miller

I am pretty busy with greenhouses, kids camps, and ministry in general here in Oaxaca, but occasionally I get the chance to get away and experience a little of the culture of this amazing area. Mezcal is an important part of the lifeblood of Oaxaca, much like tequila is to Guadalajara. Here is the first of a short series of videos at the Wahaka Mezcal micro distillery I did for a friend who heads up the MultiCultural Cooking Network. What an interesting process. Enjoy
