First up is an article that tells the story of our housing market. Almost 70% of all homes with mortgages in the Las Vegas Valley are under water. Hey Dave I have been toying with the idea of looking for a cheap condo in Reno. What is that area like? My primary interest would be for skiing the Lk. Tahoe area.
Tahoe is beautiful... the lake is spectacular and you are only a couple of hours from San Francisco.
You'll like the area... very low key but I hear it has great skiing...

Used to be a neat little place. Back in the sixties, we passed through and stopped by one of the bars in one of the casinos.
